Hopeful leadership for real-world change.

Wilder Leadership is built on the belief that hope is the seed of transformation.

Exposed to the heat of a wildfire, a giant sequoia pine cone opens — releasing the seeds that will someday become one of the world’s tallest trees.

It’s a reminder that even in times of destruction or uncertainty, something new can begin. Growth doesn’t always come in calm seasons. Sometimes, it starts in the fire.

I know this truth firsthand.

As a third-degree burn survivor, I carry the story of resilience in my skin. My scars are a reminder that sometimes our most difficult seasons create our best futures.

Wilder Leadership exists to spark that same hope in you, your team, and your community.

Through coaching, workshops, and resources, we nurture your best self. We meet difficulty with authenticity, courage, and the unshakable belief that what comes next can be even greater.

Emily has an innate ability to hear the whisper under the words. She was able to quickly dig into the quiet things that were underlying my own mental hurdles. It was a great help to finally start moving forward and make progress. - Kristena Shiflett, NetApp

Emily was a dynamic and fabulous instructor. She presented the information in an exceptional manner. The class was very organized, user-friendly, easy to follow and participate. - Course Evaluation

Your presentation [on Managing Your Response to Conflict at the 2020 NLTAPA National Conference] has been one of the most helpful and useful resources ever since I joined NLTAPA. - Veronica Ramirez, Auburn University
